Do you have a Showroom or store that we can visit?

For now, NONE. We're just homebased & selling online only but you can visit us at home anytime.

We offer large selection of party accessories,balloons & giveaways at a price you can afford.

How to make an order?

You can place your orders online, by phone or by Pm's (private message), whichever is easiest for you. Orders or bookings must be made 3-4 weeks before the event. Please also consider theLead Time.

What is Lead time?

A lead time is the latency (delay) between the initiation and execution of a process. For example, the lead time between the placement of an order and delivery of Baby in gold metal wire giveawaysfrom PartyFactory may be anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks.

What is your modes of payment?

We required a 50% downpayment upon confirmation of the contract and 50% upon completion, receiving the item or during set up in the venue. And upon confirmation of the contract we will give you a Contract of Agreement copy signed by you & Partyfactory. You can also deposit your payments through our BDO and BPI account. Or you may send via LBC or JRS express.

How would you deliver your products? Do you ship outside Cebu?

Delivery of the product or item can be pick up at home,meet up, or ship.

Yes! we ship outside Cebu locally & internationally, the finished product or item will be shipped via LBC or JRS for local & EMS for international. FYI: Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client. If you order by 4:00 EST we typically ship the next business day.
